How it Works

1. Log in

You can view the e-cards without having to register, but must register to preview with your own details or to send any cards.

Once you have registered, you can then return at any time to make changes to your order.

2. Personalise

You can personalise your e-card with your company details, upload your logo and select the charity you wish to support.

On silver e-cards these details are shown inside the card.

On gold & platinum e-cards these details will be elsewhere on screen.


10% of your order is donated to the charity of your choice.

3. Preview

You can preview your card with your own details and make amendments before sending your order.

4. Send

Add your list of contacts from a spreadsheet.


The contact emails should be saved in a three-column spreadsheet saved as a CSV file. Add First Name and Surname in the first two columns, or leave these columns blank if you do not wish to show this information in your card. The email addresses must be saved in the third column. Take care that email addresses are complete and correct.


You can schedule your e-card to be delivered at a date of your choice.

Your contacts will receive an e-mail, from your own address, with a preview and link to your e-card.

The e-card is hosted on a personalized page on our own website.
